Integration might be the principle underlying health at all levels of our experience, from the microcosm of our inner world to our interpersonal relationships and life in our communities. —Daniel J. Siegel, M.D.
Work:life integration is rapidly gaining significance in higher education, corporations, community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, and the media. There are numerous approaches, resources, and planning methodologies aimed at facilitating the felt benefit and powerful transformation that takes place when we live from a place of integration.
Recognizing that it takes a myriad of approaches, Triple W Forum provides a transformative platform for professional and personal development for individuals and organizations by facilitating the development of a Life Transformation Plan™ that is both inspirational and actionable. The Triple W approach blends expertise from the medical community, the sciences, Eastern philosophy, organizational development best practices, and a healthy way of breathing and living as derived from yoga systems.
Triple W is delivered through a variety of formats that include a retreat immersion experience, modular workshops, and work:life coaching in a private setting. The Triple W curriculum is centered on work:life integration in an effort to provide tips, tools and resources to help participants live a more integrated life along with an action plan to support it. Triple W meets you where you are to help guide you through your own definition of integration and how you can further your own transformation in the direction of your personal and professional goals and aspirations.
Finding herself living out Richard Bach’s words, “We teach best what we most need to learn,” Jennifer Connelly serves both in the student and facilitator roles of discovering the powerful secrets of work:life integration in an effort to help others and herself live a more fully integrated life. Jennifer believes in the transformative power of learning, community, and a commitment to self-care and wellness. She also thrives in piloting innovative programs and learning environments to help people advance personally and professionally. Jennifer’s background in consulting, leadership development, yoga training, teaching, and nonprofit management influence her as she grows and develops Triple W Forum and its offerings to the world.
Jennifer is passionate about helping people uncover their true gifts so that they can live life in all its fullness—even with hardship, uncertainty, and struggle. Jennifer coaches her clients through insights and resources from her years of business consulting, yoga teaching, studies on grief, and personality assessment training. After losing her sister to cancer, Jennifer began the grief process and from that journey was inspired to start Triple W in 2009. Struggling with the idea of living in “balance,” Jennifer studied the wisdom of living an “integrated” life and was especially drawn to the work of Harvard-trained Dr. Daniel Siegel and his studies on the brain as a scientific model of integration.
